Rapidoxy 100 Oxidation Stability Tester

RapidOxy 100 artificially accelerates the oxidation process of fluid, solid, and semi-solid samples by using increased temperature and an excess of pure oxygen. The measuring principle is based on ASTM D7525, ASTM D7545, and IP 595. The testing takes place in a closed system and the pressure is accurately monitored, leading to a high precision of the test results. With its high temperature range of up to 180 °C RapidOxy 100 guarantees very short test times and delivers results in a fraction of the time compared to other accelerated aging methods.

You can start a test immediately by placing a very small sample amount of usually only 5 mL or 4 g into a glass dish, without any sample preparation. Put the dish into the stainless steel test chamber. Close the cover. The intuitive software guides you through the test run. Automatic safety locking is applied

MODULAR COMPACT RHEOMETER MCR 72

MCR 72 is equipped with a ball-bearing motor and provides measurements in rotational mode and for special applications also in the oscillatory mode. There is a range of accessories available. The step-by-step software and special features like TruRay (integrated light), QuickConnect (fast and easy mounting of the measuring system), Toolmaster™ (automatic tool recognition and configuration), etc. guarantee excellent ease of use. MCR 72 hasa motor which lifts up the measuring head automatically to set an exact measuring gap. This gap is 100 % reproducible. MCR 72  can be equipped with temperature devices to cover a range from -40 °C up to 400 °C. 

TruRay, the lighting of the measuring surface that can be gradually regulated for a clear view of your sample. When changing between measuring systems, QuickConnect allows one-hand connection of the measuring systems and ensures fast, convenient system changes without the use of a screwing mechanism. After this, ToolmasterTM takes over by automatically recognizing the mounted tool and temperature units. Finally the SafeGap feature ensures that the setting of the measuring gap is always identical for every measurement and exactly reproducible every time.
